You're done with diet-culture, and are sick of all the 'work off the turkey' yoga/fitness classes but not sure where to even start. You might have had a history of body dismorphia, and a rocky history with movement; maybe you've always hated it, maybe you had an on-again-off-again thing.

Ditching diet-culture is a doozy...but you don't need to do it alone! Together we will unroot diet-culture's hold on your relationship with your body & movement and just throw it right out the window.

This hour, or half hour is a combo of movement & chatting through barriers, goals and beliefs. We follow your lead and create a space where you feel safe, and heard.

This offer is for new private clients only, and is intended to support those who need extra support around diet-culture recovery. This is a space to process diet-culture bullshit you have to face in your life, and help to create a nurturing relationship with your body and movement. These sessions are primarily speaking, as they are too short to include movement sessions as well.

These mini-workshops are offered on a quarterly basis and are free to all Rebel Movement Club members!

Cozy Club

Rebel Movement Club members & 1:1 clients are invited to come hangout for this 1 hour chill social time. Get your favourite cozy hobby supplies ready for this low effort, chill hangout. We will start with a short, optional guided mindfulness exercise and space to share about your week and tell us the project you're working on. Show up however you'd like: camera on/off, in pjs, with a cozy snack or drink.

This is a social time to hangout while doing a cozy activity. Please reach out if you have any questions
