This class is a restorative practice, a little faster than a yin. Still slow moving, we go through really chill stretches with lots of opportunity to rest. We probably won’t stand up, and you could likely do this class laying in bed. This class is great before bed, at the end of a day and props (pillows, blocks etc) can make this class so dreamy you might just fall asleep.
This class is a part of the Rebel Movement Club, all classes include a little bit of guided social time so that there is a bit of community building, and it feels less...like an online class and feels like there's more accountability.
