This is a crossover between stretch & unwind and hatha. We are moving slowly, doing lots of stretching but we are putting in a bit of effort. Not as much effort as a full hatha, but more than stretch & unwind. Full of restorative postures, and great for unwinding at the end of a stressful day, or starting your day off slowly and mindfully.

This class is a part of the Rebel Movement Club, all classes include a little bit of guided social time so that there is a bit of community building, and it feels less...like an online class and feels like there's more accountability.
