This is a gentle, stretchy yoga practice to full of really chill stretches with lots of opportunity to rest. We probably won’t stand up, and you could likely do this class laying in bed. This class is great before bed, at the end of a day and props (pillows, blocks etc) can make this class so dreamy you might just fall asleep.
