
In this class we go through a variety of active range of motion drills. Similar to a workout class, with slowed down and mindful movements, we move to increase mobility for the long-term health of joints. This class is a fantastic complementary practice to any other movement practice or sport, as well as great on its own. If you are looking for long-term decrease in aches and pains, this class is for you. This class is for all levels of fitness, and inclusive of anyone with mobility concerns. There are lots of variations to accommodate different abilities and restrictions.
This class is a part of the Rebel Movement Club, all classes include a little bit of guided social time so that there is a bit of community building, and it feels less...like an online class and feels like there's more accountability.
