I've been doing it all wrong

I've been trying to be something for everybody, trying to do all the things. I mean having 15 different offers so that I'm trying to be everything and do everything. But instead of that actually being helpful and being successful it ends up being confusing and very unclear what I actually do.
It also takes diminishes my value & energy for the people who I really do want to serve.
So I'm making a few changes. I'm soft-announcing this here because I care a lot about y'all and want to know what you think. So make sure to reply and give me all honest feedback you might have.

So what does this mean for my biz now?

1. Simplifying & Streamlining

I'm transitioning to 2 main offers. On-Demand & The Club (more about that below). I will also take private clients on the side, but that won't be marketed as a main offer. That will be more of a case by case basis offer.

2. Transforming & Growing

I've been chatting with you all, and my mentors to figure out how to make the clubs even better and I have come up with something I think you'll all really love. (I really want your feedback here, so please reply & let me know your thoughts)

What I do, and my offers will be clearer. This means I'll also be working on making the website easier to navigate. This also means I'll be able to give more of my energy and love to the clients in these offerings and make them all the more valuable.

The Club is changing:

1. It's simplifying
Rather than having to chose between the workout club, or yoga club it's all one. One place for yoga, workout classes, & community.

2. It's being renamed
Because of the above change the title 'Anti-Diet Movement Club' honestly felt like a mouthful & didn't have as much oomph as it deserves. So the name is changing to Rebel Movement Club.

3. Structure Changes
The club has 3 membership types:
Light, Standard & VIP.

Light Membership 100$/month you get:
-5 club classes a month
-recordings of requested classes available for 3 days
-on-demand membership (incl. workshops)

Standard Membership 170$/month you get:
-all club classes ( between 13-18 classes a month)
-recordings of classes available for 3 days
-on-demand membership (incl. workshops)
-
1 guest pass

VIP Membership 700$/month you get:
*only 5 available*
-all club classes (13-18/month)
-recordings of all classes avail. for 3 days
-2 guest passes
-4 x 1 hour private coaching classes
